David's professional background spans over three decades in the construction and real estate industries. Before relocating to Florida, he served as a Sales Manager and Construction Manager for a prestigious homebuilder, followed by a role as a Project Manager with a commercial contracting firm. This extensive experience has given him a unique skill set in managing both residential and commercial projects, as well as a solid understanding of what is required to foster responsible growth in a community.
In 2008, David obtained his Florida Realtor license, and in 2020, he earned his Broker’s license. His expertise in real estate continues to shape his vision for Oldsmar’s future, from ensuring responsible development to making Oldsmar an attractive place for businesses and residents alike.
A dedicated advocate for Oldsmar, David is an active member of the Top of the Bay Kiwanis and the Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, where he works to strengthen local businesses and support community initiatives. He is passionate about making Oldsmar a thriving, sustainable city that balances growth with the quality of life that its residents cherish.
